Rain!

Fabulous rain! Finally! We woke in the early hours of the morning to the delightful rhythm of raindrops on the roof and were soon lulled back to sleep by it's soothing, peaceful sound.

When we were finally up and organized it was still drizzling, so after prayers and breakfast the kids donned raincoats and rubber boots for a bit of outdoor fun.

Bayan enjoyed walking with his dump truck
Anisa found caterpillars climbing on the bushes.

And Ruhi constructed a snail army on the children's outdoor table. Ruhi though it was amazing and was most impressed with the number she was able to find. The snails were not so thrilled with their new environs and were literally climbing all over each other in a race to get off the table and back to the garden.
